Noise is restricted between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Some bar terraces and pubs in the town have modified opening hours due to the noise restrictions. Therefore, it is recommended to check the opening hours in advance.
There is ZERO blood alcohol tolerance while driving in Slovakia. In addition, drinking alcoholic beverages in public is not allowed everywhere. Areas around schools, medical facilities, cemeteries, churches, playgrounds and public transport platforms are prohibited. Drinking alcohol is allowed on bar terraces, near pubs, and in public areas during various events.
